Maintenance Instructions
Locked Out:
- If you are locked out of your home, please call our locksmith for assistance: Security Safe and Lock (425) 454-6969 or a locksmith of your choice. We do not provide a lock out service, so you will need to pay for the service.

To report an emergency repair outside of business hours, please call: (833)-960-4380 and leave a message with your name, phone number, property address, and state the nature of the emergency. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. - For gas smell – please call the gas company, and if necessary 911
- For water intrusion – please shut the water off at the main shut off
- For heating issues – please check breakers, furnace filter, pilot lights, and check with the utility company for a possible service outage
